'88 Katana 600 parts bike

I have taken into the fold an '88 Kat 600 parts bike. No body work.. I do have the seat pans tho... I have all the hard parts minus the rear caliper, carbs and left handle bar. No reasonable offers refused.

That is a massive amount of rust for a Arizona bike!
Are you looking to just part it or do something with it as in a project?
